Membership is personal, non-transferable, and intended for the sole use of the registered member. Access begins once payment is confirmed, and membership continues according to the billing cycle selected. Memberships may automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation process. Refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Sacred Keys Therapy reserves the right to update fees or billing policies with notice to members.

We ask that all members contribute to a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, abusive, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited. Sacred Keys Therapy reserves the right to suspend or end membership without refund for violations of these guidelines. Members are responsible for their own conduct and for maintaining a safe community space.

All content, materials, teachings, recordings, and resources shared in the Remembering Room are the intellectual property of Sacred Keys Therapy and intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Members may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content without explicit written permission. Content generated by members may be used by Sacred Keys Therapy for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Your privacy is important. By joining, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal information to support your membership, communications, and access to resources, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also consent to receive communications such as newsletters, updates, and event announcements.

Participation in the Remembering Room is at your own discretion. Sacred Keys Therapy makes no guarantees regarding outcomes and is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from participation, including indirect or unforeseen results. We are not responsible for technical interruptions, access issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Members may cancel at any time following the provided process. Sacred Keys Therapy may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or community standards are not respected. Termination does not relieve members from any payment obligations accrued prior to termination.

These Terms may be updated as the Remembering Room grows. Continued membership after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be addressed under Canadian jurisdiction. Members may be asked to pursue mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

The Remembering Room is intended for adults 18 years or older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

For urgent health, emotional, or legal concerns, members must seek qualified professional guidance immediately. Sacred Keys Therapy cannot be responsible for emergencies or critical situations.
